There are two ways you can track if your customer has viewed or interacted with the invoice. This is extremely helpful for ensuring your customers are receiving your invoices and tracking their interactions.
Firstly, there will be a dot next to the 'Last sent' under the 'Send Invoice' header. This is the status of the email sent to your customer.
Pending - the email is still being sent
Delivered - the email was successfully delivered to the customer
Clicked - the customer has read your email
The second indicator Bizzly provides is if they have clicked the "View Invoice" button from the email. This will set a "Last viewed by customer" value under the "Send Invoice" header.
