Adding payment(s) to invoice

Once your customer has paid you, you'll want to mark your invoice as paid. To do so, open the invoice and refer to the 'Get Paid' section.

From here you can click 'Record a payment...' and a new window will appear.

On this screen, you can select how they paid; the amount and finally add an internal note if needed.

Once the invoice has an amount due total of $0 it will automatically be marked as paid. You can then send a receipt to your customer using the controls below the payment, remove the payment or finally view your internal note.
